Who is eligible for a Care Plan?
Care Plans are available for websites built by Soul Bliss Media.
If your site was built elsewhere, we can discuss a one-time audit and onboarding process before maintenance begins.
What happens if something breaks?
If an issue arises, I investigate and resolve it as part of your monthly plan. For larger development changes outside the scope of maintenance, we’ll outline next steps and pricing before proceeding.
What counts as a “content edit”?
A content edit includes small updates such as text changes, image swaps, link updates, or minor formatting adjustments. Larger design changes, new pages, or structural updates are quoted separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Care Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice. No long-term contracts required.
Why can’t I just update plugins myself?
You can. But plugin updates can conflict, break layouts, or create vulnerabilities if not monitored properly. Care Plans include backups, testing, and performance checks to ensure updates don’t create bigger problems.
Do you include hosting?
Typically, hosting is not included. I can provide guidance on hosting setup and, in select cases, host websites I build. We’ll discuss what makes the most sense for your project.
